Editorial 9

Dear Readers,

Welcome to the 9th Issue of the Travelogue.

The Travelogue marks the sense of sacrifice and discipline that is cultivated through the observance of Eid-ul-Adha, the second biggest festival of the muslim community. We hope this Eid will bring us a learning experience about practicing sacrifice, compassion and kindness together with maintaining cleanliness in our respective areas. We'll also try and keep our tourist spots as clean as possible.

The Travelogue, in this issue, will portray the tradition and heritage of Bangladesh through a virtual journey to the Landlord palaces/Zamindarbari of Manikganj- a nearby district of Dhaka. The location is ideal for day trip in a sunny day this autumn. An interesting article about Dhaka Dinner Cruise will add options to roam around the city. The second phase of the portrayal of beautiful Chottogram won't seize to amaze you.

We hope you will observe a soulful Eid-ul-Adha. Enjoy reading this issue. Happy reading!

Thank you.
Sincerely yours,

Ferdous Mottakin
